At New Homes Real Estate, our goal is to treat all of our clients like they are our only client. In a busy world, we remain calm and collected, bringing a personal experience to each and every one of our deals. Available day or night to talk with our Buyers about their ideas and desires in new construction, or their wants and needs when it comes to selling their first home in order to build their dream home. We have years of experience selling, marketing and designing to bring to the table. Many of our Sellers are also simultaneously building a brand new home with us. We have the ability to coincide the two closings by carefully timing up the new build with the sale of an existing home. Alleviating some stress from an emotional (and sometimes stressful) experience is what we strive for.
